Welcome to the official website of the Rockbridge Symphony, a program of Fine Arts in Rockbridge (FAIR). By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, or making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Ticket Sales and Attendance Policies

• Tickets are sold online via WIX and processed through WIX Payments or PayPal.

• All ticket sales are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest or applied to a future concert in cases of illness or extenuating circumstances.

• If a concert is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

• If a concert is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date or may be exchanged for a future concert.

• Student tickets are available at a reduced rate, and children under 12 attend free.
   

3. Donations and Recurring Contributions

• All donations are non-refundable.

• Donors who have opted into recurring monthly contributions may cancel with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the next scheduled payment.

• To make changes to a recurring donation, please contact us at rockbridgesymphony@gmail.com.
   

4. Communications and Email

• You will receive confirmation emails for all ticket purchases and donations.

• You may choose to opt in to receive occasional email updates or newsletters.

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in the email footer or contacting us directly.
   

5. User Accounts

• Users may choose to create an account during checkout.

• Creating an account allows you to view past purchases, manage tickets, and update payment methods.

• Users may also complete transactions as guests without creating an account.
   

6. Donor Recognition

• Donors are publicly recognized in our programs, newsletters, and online donor listings.

• If you wish to remain anonymous, please let us know at the time of your donation or by contacting us directly.
   

7. Photography and Media Use

• Photographs may be taken at Rockbridge Symphony concerts and events. These may include audience members and may be used on our website or social media.

• If a photo features an audience member as the primary subject, we will make a reasonable effort to request their permission before using it publicly.

• By attending our events, you consent to the potential use of your image in group or wide-angle photos.
   

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site’s functionality.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems connected to the website.

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the website for commercial purposes without written consent.
